VerifiedHeart
Anyone can earn the VerifiedHeart badge by taking a guided pose selfie that a human reviews against their profile photos. The selfie is deleted after review — only the verdict remains. It's how you know a face is real before you reach for it.
Human review
Profile photos and reports are reviewed by people, not just classifiers. Reviewers see context — and every decision they make is recorded in an audit trail, so moderation is accountable by design.
Reports with real evidence
When you report someone, we capture the conversation and profile as they exist at that moment. Deleting an account can't destroy the evidence — reports survive, so action can still be taken.
Blocking that reaches your contacts
Blocking removes someone completely — feed, bridges, messages. And if there are people from your life you'd rather never meet here, you can block your phone contacts before they ever see you. We store only a cryptographic fingerprint of those numbers, never the numbers themselves.
Adults only
Bridging Hearts is for people 18 and over. Age is confirmed at sign-up, and misrepresenting it is grounds for removal.
Real recourse
Suspensions happen at the account level and take effect immediately, everywhere. When someone is removed, they're removed — not quietly recycled back into the feed.
Your data
Held carefully. Gone when you say so.
Messages are encrypted at rest with keys we can destroy. Your exact location is never shown to anyone — only a coarse distance. And when you delete your account, we delete it properly: profile, photos, bridges and conversations, with the encryption keys shredded so backups can't resurrect them. You can also export everything we hold about you, any time, from inside the app.
The fine print lives in our Privacy Policy.
