Bridging Hearts is an adult-only (18+) dating service operated by Bridging Hearts Ltd. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for any content or conduct that sexualises, endangers, or exploits a minor. This page sets out our standards, as required by Google Play and Apple, and our commitments to the people who use Bridging Hearts.
Our standards
- Bridging Hearts is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Anyone found to be under 18, or misrepresenting their age, is removed.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualisation of minors, and any attempt to solicit, produce, or share such material are absolutely prohibited and result in an immediate, permanent ban.
- We report apparent CSAM and child exploitation to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local law enforcement, and preserve evidence as the law requires.
How we prevent and detect it
- Age gate. Every member must confirm they are 18+ at sign-up; a declared date of birth under 18 blocks account creation.
- Identity verification. Members can complete a pose-based selfie verification, and profiles are reviewed.
- Image scanning. Uploaded imagery is scanned for known CSAM at the storage/edge layer; matches are blocked, preserved as evidence, and reported.
- In-app reporting and blocking. Every member can report any profile, photo, message, or post and block any user, from anywhere in the app. Reports are actioned by our team, typically within 24 hours.
- Moderation. We review reported content and accounts and remove violators without notice where safety requires it.
Reporting a concern
If you encounter content or behaviour that endangers a child, use the in-app report tool where possible, and contact us immediately at info@bridginghearts.world. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Child-safety matters are handled by our Trust & Safety team, reachable at info@bridginghearts.world. We cooperate with law enforcement and child-protection organisations and comply with applicable child-safety laws in the regions where Bridging Hearts operates.
