You can delete your Bridging Hearts account and personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it.
In the app (fastest)
Open Bridging Hearts and go to Settings → Privacy & safety → Delete account. Confirm, and your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
If you can't access the app, email info@bridginghearts.world from any address with the subject "Delete my account" and include the phone number on your account. We'll verify it's you and delete the account. We complete verified requests within 30 days (usually much sooner).
What gets deleted
Deletion removes your profile, photos, prompts, matches, conversations, likes, and preferences, and the encryption keys that protect your messages are destroyed — so your conversations become permanently unreadable. This cannot be undone.
For legal and safety reasons we retain a limited set of records for a limited time: safety and moderation reports made about you or by you, and the minimal information needed to prevent a banned user from returning or to comply with the law. These are kept only as long as necessary and are never used to contact or market to you. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
